Working with Josh was a true pleasure given his responsiveness and patience. Because of my work and travel, it took months to work through the reverse mortgage on my mother’s behalf. A few times I’d asked Josh to pause the process and then remind me at a later time for check in. He fully respected this and conscientiously follow up at the agreed upon time.
