MLS Reverse Mortgage is currently seeking dynamic, experienced employees for our Reverse Mortgage Division who hold an active NMLS license. Please email resumes to corporate@mlsmoney.com. Candidates who have orginated a minimum of 20 reverse mortgages over the past year will be considered. We will verify experience.

Reverse Mortgage Advisor
Location: Auburn, CA
Job Description: Reverse mortgage loan originator.

Responsibilities:

• Originate one reverse mortgage per week.
• Return all phone calls (client and partner) within a timely manner.
• Meet with clients as required.
• Oversight and accountability for all aspects of the loan process including but not limited to: client documentation, appraisal, title report, Lender submission guidelines, and loan funding.
• Consistent knowledge of all reverse mortgage programs and guidelines.
• Consistent knowledge of FHA requirements and guidelines.
• Attend all required product training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years professional sales experience
• Proven, successful track record of exceeding a sales quota
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer usage necessary to obtain relevant information on loan programs
• Active NMLS license.
