The relative dissatisfaction with the terms of the Mortgage is a result of Federal Laws and Guidelines. Has nothing to do with the services provided by Josh Borba and staff.
As you know, I'm not the easiest person to deal with under the best of circumstances. Especially when they treat me as moronic imbecile that needs to be led around by the nose. When I'm not feeling well the problem is compounded. Recently my phone was ringing off the hook and I finally answered it in complete frustration. It was a Kaiser "nag nurse" (my term not theirs) that I had repeatedly told that I would not answer the phone when I was not feeling well. I later had to apologize to her for my over reaction.
The point is that I want to thank you for being patient with me and following my requests for communications through email, patiently explaining the process and the reasons why, AND not treating me like the "moronic imbecile" I mentioned earlier.
